Early registration deadline – November 2nd
Cancelation: the refund for any cancelled registration will be subject to an administrative overhead fee of $100 if canceled by November 2, 2015 (GMT-12). Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after that day and time, and would only be issued at the discretion of the conference organizers depending on conference finances.

- Are you a student? If so you can apply for a student travel grant to cover some of the cost of your participation in RTSS 2018 – see the travel page for details.

- We have obtained a limited number of special rate rooms in the conference hotel. The special rate is available until 19th Nov 2018 or until the block of rooms is used up. See the information under the heading “Accommodation” at the end of the venue page for details.
